Identify weak points

Find what is missing, incomplete or relying on memory before it becomes a problem.

Define next actions

Use the results to build a clear, prioritized starting point for what needs attention first.

How it works

How to Use This Scorecard

For each item, score your boat setup honestly from 0 to 2. Work through each section in order, add notes where needed and use the final score to prioritize what deserves attention first.

0
Not Ready
Missing, unclear or entirely relying on memory.
1
Partly Ready
Some structure exists but it is incomplete or informal.
2
Ready
Clear, accessible and easy to maintain or hand over.
Steps
01 Work through each of the nine sections in order, or start with the areas most relevant to your current situation.
02 For each item, mark your score: 0, 1 or 2. Be honest — a high score you cannot back up helps no one.
03 Record a section score at the top of each page. Maximum 12 points per section.
04 Transfer all section scores to the Score Overview page and total your final result out of 108.
05 Use the Priority Action Plan to choose your top five fixes. Prioritize areas with the lowest score and highest consequence if ignored.
A note on honesty

This is not about perfection. It is about knowing what is organized, what is missing and what should not be left to memory. A realistic score is more useful than a flattering one.
