It helps us understand aggregated usage, such as which pages are visited and which features are used, so we can improve the app. It does not set cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not store personal data such as your name, email address or boat details.

If we add advertising or non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, request consent.

• Supabase for authentication, database, storage and user data
• Netlify for website hosting and serverless functions
• Brevo for email sending and email automation
• Lemon Squeezy for optional Early Supporter payments and licence handling
• AI providers, only if future AI features are enabled

These providers may process data on our behalf or as independent controllers depending on the service.

We only share data where necessary to operate Boatwise, provide the service, process payments, send emails, improve reliability or comply with legal obligations.

8. Document uploads and sensitive information

Boatwise may allow you to upload boat-related documents.

You should avoid uploading information that is not needed for boat management.

Documents may contain personal or sensitive information. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and store any documents you add to Boatwise.

Boatwise is not intended for storing highly sensitive personal information unrelated to boat management.
